30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items may be opened or unopened, but must be returned in reasonable condition.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before sending any item back.

Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs unless the item received was:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Brite Oral Care is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We may request photos of the item to help resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or free bonus items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order for the product you want once your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

When Refunds Appear on Your Card

After we process the refund, your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.


Delivered Orders – Refunds & Replacements

If tracking shows an order as delivered, but you have not received it:

We may reship the order one time at no additional cost as a courtesy.
